Managing Director
Nina Dohr-Pawlowitz is Managing Director and Co-Founder of advinda. She replaces the sole founder Eva March who passed away in October 2023.
Nina is also managing director and sole shareholder of DC Placement Advisors (DCPLA), a leading advisory and global placement agent firm, which recently held its 15th anniversary. DCPLA is an unparalleled pioneer in raising private markets funds across Europe.
For the past fifteen years Nina and her team have spearheaded advisory and fund placement for numerous top tier infrastructure managers such as AMP Capital, Alinda, Schroders, Natixis, Investec, Swiss Life and Aviva. Across all European and selected pan-Asian regions the DCPLA distribution group led by Nina was instrumental in raising capital in excess of 5.5bnEUR which makes her one of the very rare female executive leaders in the infrastructure placement business. Her exceptional infrastructure fundraising experience and excellent track record in the industry make her a pioneer in global infrastructure capital raising. In September 2019, DC Placement Advisors was recognized in Infrastructure Investor’s Rainmaker 20 top list, among others like AMP Capital, GIP, BlackRock, Antin, I Squared, EQT.
In addition to that, Nina has raised capital for a variety of top-tier funds focused on areas such as real assets (renewables), private equity and private debt. During this time, she managed and successfully concluded cutting-edge pan-European fundraising campaigns for DCPLA’s prestigious clients.
In 2016, Nina has co-founded the finTech firm advinda Investor Cloud, an innovative technology company and investor intelligence service, which supports the industry with an international team of software innovators, researchers, and fundraising experts to revolutionize how the global alternative investment industry raises capital.
During her 35-year career, Nina has held a number of strategic leadership positions in the fields of marketing, sales and business development at various major global companies including Siemens and the Canadian Thomson Group. Nina has a degree in business administration and economics from Kempten University of Applied Sciences, Germany.
She speaks German and English.

Having joined advinda, in 2019, Liji has now advanced to the position of a Senior Data Scientist. Her focus is on developing the AI/ML algorithms, solutions, and strategies capable of solving the challenges facing the FinTech industry. With an optimistic outlook, she brings endurance and an entrepreneurial spirit to her work.
Liji completed her MBA from the University of Applied Science, St. Augustin, Germany. Additionally, she holds a Master’s in Information Technology and Engineering from Karnataka University, India, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science & Engineering from Anna University, India.
Previously, Liji was working as a post graduate Computer Science Teacher at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Government of India.
She speaks English, basic German and various Indian regional languages such as Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi

Harsha joined advinda in September 2023 as a Sales Associate, supporting our sales efforts.
Harsha holds a Bachelor (2019) in accounting and finance from Somaiya Vidyavihar University, India and an MBA in Finance (PGDM E-BUSINESS in Finance or Fintech) from a renown Indian university, the Welingkar Institute of Management, (2021), India.
Harsha previously worked for almost 2 years with Infosys Ltd. India, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting as a financial consultant. Earlier, she interned at Schindler (India), a Germany headquartered leading provider of vertical transportation solutions.
She speaks English, Hindi, Marathi and is determined to learn German.

Printo joined advinda in November 2023 as an Internet- and Social media manager, contributing to website development and social media activities.
Beyond his role at advinda, Printo is the founder of an Indian-based IT startup.
Printo holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Education.
Prior to joining advinda, he served as a biotechnologist at Unibiosys Biotech Research Labs, Cochin, bringing over 10 years of teaching experience in Life Sciences from India to his diverse skill set.
He speaks English, basic German and various Indian regional languages such as Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi.
Eva March
Founder 
Eva March was founder and Managing Director of advinda Investor Cloud GmbH. Eva provided the company’s overall vision for revolutionizing how the alternative investment industry raises capital. She also lead application design and architecture for advinda’s innovative CRM and investor intelligence solutions.
Furthering her unique understanding of how advinda meaningfully improves how GPs and LPs connect, Eva also served as Managing Director of Institutional Sales at DC Placement Advisors (DCPLA).
Eva had over 16 years’ experience in software development, specifically possessing in-depth technical knowledge of cloud computing. Eva formed the idea for advinda while building customized investor relations and market intelligence systems that streamlined fundraising cycles, investor communications and client reporting. Eva’s systems provided a more controlled and disciplined capital raising experience.
Unfortunately she passed away in October 2023.
