Meet the Team

Eva March

EVA MARCH

Eva March is founder and Managing Director of advinda Investor Cloud GmbH. Eva provides the company’s overall vision for revolutionizing how the alternative investment industry raises capital. She also leads application design and architecture for advinda’s innovative CRM and investor intelligence solutions.

Furthering her unique understanding of how advinda meaningfully improves how GPs and LPs connect, Eva also serves as Managing Director of Institutional Sales at DC Placement Advisors (DCPLA). Specifically, she navigates the day-to-day challenges of cross continental capital raising in the Nordics, UK, Benelux and France.

Eva has over 16 years’ experience in software development, specifically possessing in-depth technical knowledge of cloud computing. Eva formed the idea for advinda while building customized investor relations and market intelligence systems that streamlined fundraising cycles, investor communications and client reporting. Eva’s systems provided a more controlled and disciplined capital raising experience.

Before joining DCPLA, Eva served as Principal, International Marketing and Business Development at zetcom AG in Switzerland, the global leader in collection management software solutions. She also spent seven years in Stuttgart, Germany, as Marketing Director at TRADOS, Inc., the global market leader of globalization solutions. Early in her career, Eva was a Senior Product Manager for leading US digital publishing innovator, Quark Inc., launching their first client/server product in the late 90’s.

Eva graduated from Kempten University of Applied Science (Business Administration & Marketing) and pursued advanced studies at Johann-Wolfgang Goethe university (Frankfurt) in art history, archaeology and German literature.
Eva is passionate about technology, innovation and fine art. She enjoys spending time in art museums, artist studios and art academies. For more than three decades Eva has built a sizable art collection that includes international conceptual art – from 1960 to today, paintings, ancient and contemporary photographs and animation art of renown studios.

Mike Kidd

Mike Kidd

Mike Kidd is Chief Marketing Officer of advinda, leading the company’s global branding, positioning, public relations and revenue growth initiatives. Mike brings more than 25 years of specialized marketing experience in the technology space including international business engagements in Argentina, Belgium, Canada, China, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

Previously, Mike was founder and president of KiddGlobal Marketing Consulting. Prior to running his own company, Mike was Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at TRADOS, Inc., the Sequoia Capital-backed Global Information Management software provider based in Sunnyvale, California. In addition to his software experience, Mike has extensive telecom expertise, serving as Director of Regional Marketing at AT&T Mobility, (formerly BellSouth Wireless) with revenue growth responsibility for one of the company’s largest markets.

Mike is a graduate of Dartmouth College. He was born in London, United Kingdom, grew up in the Washington, D.C. area, and now lives in San Diego, California. His interests include his family, CrossFit and coaching lacrosse.

DR. DANIEL HOFFMANN

Daniel joined advinda in June 2019. As a Sales Manager, he is responsible for the sales and business development activities. 

Prior to advinda, Daniel gained practical experiences in investment management with traditional as well as alternative asset classes. After graduating from the University of Siegen and Cologne, he started his professional career in the portfolio management at the Alte Leipziger Trust Investment Gesellschaft mbH focusing on equity investments. In addition to his Phd.-project in the fields of research on Venture Capital at the Philipps-University of Marburg, Daniel worked in the Fixed Income investment management at the Rheinische Portfolio Management GmbH. Afterward, he joined the Gothaer Asset Management AG, where he focused on Private Equity investments. Before joining HSBC as Expert for Alternative Investments, he spent almost three years in the business development of a through informal Venture Capital backed company called Paedi Protect AG.

Daniel speaks German and English.

Maurice Hermwille

Maurice is Product Manager at advinda responsible for overseeing design and development of advinda’s applications. As such, he serves as conduit between clients and advinda’s user experience (UX) teams to ensure product specifications and functionality meet users’ expectations and needs. Having this insight, Maurice also identifies opportunities for new product features and advancements and supports the advinda sales department with his product knowledge.

Prior to advinda Maurice worked as a Research Assistant and Data Analyst at LIFE-Center, Munich. Maurice graduated from Technical University Munich (TUM) with a Physics diploma and holds a Master’s Degree in Robotics, Cognition, Intelligence from the IT department at TUM as well. He has extensive experience in multiple coding languages and general IT knowledge. His major interests outside of work include drawing, climbing, technology and photography.

Maurice speaks German, English and French.

Belén Rodríguez-Oppermann

Belén joined advinda in September 2018. As a Digital Marketing Associate she is responsible for creating and designing, as well as delivering online-marketing programs towards supporting advinda’s international growth. Furthermore, Belén’s position entails developing costumer-oriented communication layouts for the purpose of increasing our brand awareness across our available digital channels.

Prior to advinda, Belén worked as a Regional Marketing Manager for Radical Group (IT Security Solutions and Services), in Ecuador where she successfully designed and executed marketing strategies for the markets of Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia and has performed leading Demand Generation strategies at IBM in Ecuador from 2012-2014.

Belén has a B. Sc. degree in Business Administration, specializations in both Marketing and Human Resources; furthermore, she counts with a M.Sc. double degree in International Business from the Camilo José Cela University and from EAE Business School in Madrid, Spain.

Belén speaks Spanish and English.

Jiahui Kong

Jiahui obtained Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in Computing and Decision Sciences in Hong Kong. Genuinely interested in Economics, she worked in institutional business for two leading Chinese financial institutions, namely, Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (HK) and China Securities (International) Finance Holding, in Hong Kong for eight years. Advising on securities on both primary and secondary capital market, Jiahui has developed in-depth understanding of financial markets and institutional investor demands in the Asia Pacific regions. Jiahui earned an MBA of Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Germany in 2017.

She joined advinda investor Cloud in Munich afterwards, extending learning curve and broadening vision globally. Jiahui learns continuously in field of finance such as quantitative financial engineering, private equity, and passed CFA Level II exam.

Jiahui speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, English and basic German. Jiahui appreciates art and paints oil and water color upon inspiration.

Mike Kidd

Mike Kidd
